decor world

Working as the UI lead on this project, I helped shape the style and brand for this mobile interior design game. Whilst the game was ultimately not released, I learnt a lot about leadership and honed my craft further during my time with this brief. The player takes on the role of an interior designer and completes tasks for clients around the world.

Social Gameplay

Part of the game’s distinctiveness is the level of social interaction it offers. From clubs to a social feed displaying other player’s designs, the social features are key to the player’s experience.

rewards

Developing a strong reward language is always important! To help them stand out from other elements of the UI and tie into our furniture, 3d rendered assets were used.

development

The style of the game changed and developed based on user tests and internal reviews. Here’s a sneak peak at some of the behind the scenes work.

From a more flat design to a designer’s sketchbook style and into a theme combining the best of both.
